Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before ride day.

Ride Day FAQ

What time does check-in open?

Check-in opens at 7:00 AM until 8:00 AM. We recommend arriving early to park, pick up your swag, get a bike safety check, have any questions answered before the riders briefing and the pre-ride ceremony.

Where is the start and finish location?

The ride starts and finishes at Woodstone Country Club, 3777 Dogwood Rd, Danielsville, PA 18038.

How many route options are available?

There are three ride options. Visit the Event Info page for route details, distance, and difficulty updates.

Do I need to be experienced?

We recommend that you train for each of the routes but if you are not experienced you should work your way up to at least a 10-15 mile ride 2-3x week to be able to manage the 20 mile route.

Is there a registration deadline?

Online registration is recommended before event week. Day-of registration availability can be updated here once confirmed.

Can kids participate?

Yes. Families are welcome, and younger riders can participate on age-appropriate routes with supervision.

What should I bring?

Bring your bike, helmet, water bottles, repair essentials, and weather-appropriate layers. A helmet is required for all riders.

Will there be rest stops?

Yes. Rest stop locations and support details are listed on the Event Info page and shared during the riders' briefing.

How are donations used?

Funds support mission-aligned charitable efforts and event operations. You can customize this section with your exact allocation details.

What happens if it rains?

For weather updates on the morning of the event, please check the website and social media pages. If the board determines that conditions are unsafe for riding, the ride would be canceled. However, lunch and all the scheduled activities will continue as planned on the covered patio. We invite all participants to join us to pick up your swag and for the commemorative activiites.

Can I use an E-Bike?

E-Bikes are welcome! However, riders are required to choose a group that matches a controlled cruising speed, not their bike's max capability. Riders must limit assist level, stay in eco or mid modes, except to climb hills. Ride with the group, not the motor.
